WE SUPPORT
For the first year you own a Boutique Flats condo, 5% of your Home Owner’s Association fees go to local non-profits — after the first year, the contribution is optional. Also, for every unit we sell, we donate $500 to our non-profit partners. And now, as a member of 1% for Peace, we give back one-percent of every dollar we make.
WIND POWER
We currently get the electricity used in the Boutique Flats building's common areas from WindSource®, instead of from coal. If you're a resident, why not consider helping us reach our goal of being 100% wind-powered, by having your apartment's electricity come from wind?
OUR GREEN BUILDINGS
