For the first year you own a Boutique Flats condo, 5% of your Home Owner’s Association fees go to local non-profits – after the first year, the contribution is optional. Also, for every unit we sell, we donate $500 to our non-profit partners. And now, as a member of 1% for Peace, we give back one-percent of every dollar we make.
