GRANT V. BARNHILL
Grant Barnhill is the President of Portus Funds in Denver, Colorado. Grant brings more than 20 years of real estate and investment experience including property acquisitions, equity placement, design, construction management, leasing, marketing, financial reporting, tax strategy, and the disposition of properties. ZVI RUDAWSKY, CPM ®
Zvi Rudawsky, CPM ® is a Principal at Portus Funds in Denver, Colorado, and is responsible for the daily operations. Zvi (say “Zvee”) has an extensive background of more than 17 years of experience in real estate operations including property management, asset management, real estate owned (REO) management, appraisal, due diligence, construction management and asset disposition. CHIP COE
As Chief Operating Officer at Boutique Apartments, Chip Coe is responsible for strategic planning, operations, and financial planning and reporting.
Before joining Boutique Apartments, Chip was President of SmartWool Corporation, the leading supplier of merino wool socks, base layers and accessories to the outdoor and snow sports industries. During his seven years at SmartWool, Chip directed the company’s growth from $13,000,000 to well over $50,000,000 in annual revenues. He was directly responsible for establishing many industry-first programs, including The SmartWool Advocacy Fund and The SmartWool–New Zealand Merino Partnership.
Prior to joining SmartWool, Chip was engaged in the private practice of law for over 15 years. During his legal career, he focused on general corporate and banking representation, including specialized work in the areas of corporate debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, and real estate acquisition and development.
Chip earned a B.S. in Finance from The University of Colorado and a law degree from The University of Michigan. He and his wife, Amy, have three teenage sons.
